The property is located in a central area of Birmingham, so some general city noise may be experienced, particularly during weekends or event days.
Parking requires access to a fob, which is located inside the property. Guests must enter the apartment before being able to use the allocated parking space. There are double yellow lines outside the property, so please plan arrival accordingly when collecting the parking fob. Full parking instructions will be provided prior to check-in via a video guide to ensure a smooth arrival.
The apartment is accessed via a self check-in system (lockbox) for flexibility. For longer stays, mid-stay cleans can be arranged upon request at an additional cost.
