House Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please take note of the following:
Arrival / Departure
Check-in from 16:00 / Check-out by 10:00
Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to an additional charge
Guest Limit Maximum occupancy:
6 guests Only - registered guests are permitted to stay overnight
No Parties or Events
Strictly no parties, gatherings or events Any breach will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund
Noise
Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 22:00 – 08:00
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the property Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning charges
Pets
Pets are not permitted unless agreed in advance
Damage & Loss
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly
Parking
One allocated parking space is available Please ensure you park in the correct bay If unavailable, alternative paid parking (Utilita South Car Park) is footsteps away from the Apartment.
Keys & Access
Parking Access to the property is via a secure lockbox. The parking fob is located inside the property, on a key hanger to the left as you enter.
Please note: You must access the property first before using the parking space, as the fob is required for entry to the car park. There are double yellow lines outside the property, so please park considerately when arriving to collect the fob.
Full parking instructions will be provided prior to check-in via a YouTube video link. The parking fob must be returned to the key hanger upon check-out.
Cleanliness
Please leave the property in a reasonable condition. Excessive cleaning requirements may incur additional charges.
Compliance
By booking, guests agree to comply with these house rules Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of £250 will be required prior to check-in for bookings of more than 3 guests. This deposit is held to cover any potential damages, excessive cleaning, or breaches of house rules during the stay. The deposit will be returned in full following check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. Failure to provide the required deposit may result in the booking being cancelled.

The property is professionally cleaned and prepared prior to each stay, with fresh linen and essential amenities provided.
Length of Stay
We welcome both short stays and longer bookings. Discounts may be available for extended stays – please enquire directly.
Contractor & Corporate Bookings
We regularly accommodate contractors and business travellers, offering flexible arrangements for longer stays where required.
Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for: Early check in / Late check-out Lost keys or parking fobs Excessive cleaning or damage.
Parking Information
Please note that the allocated parking space requires a fob, which is located inside the property. Guests must access the apartment prior to parking. Full instructions will be provided before arrival.

Terms & Conditions
By confirming a booking with Dymigo Property Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Confirmation All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment has been received in full or as agreed.
2. Payment Terms Payment for bookings must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit may be required prior to check-in. This deposit is held against any damages, excessive cleaning, or breaches of house rules.
4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation policies vary depending on the booking platform or agreement in place. For direct bookings, cancellation terms will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
5. Check-in & Check-out Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to unless otherwise agreed. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
6. Use of Property The property is to be used for residential accommodation purposes only. Parties, events, or unauthorised gatherings are strictly prohibited.
7. Guest Responsibility Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition and for any damage caused during their stay. Costs for repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.
8. Maximum Occupancy The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the booking. Breach of this condition may result in termination of the stay without refund.
9. Access & Parking Guests must follow all access and parking instructions provided prior to arrival. Parking fobs and keys must be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so will result in replacement charges.
10. Liability Dymigo Property Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the stay, except where required by law.
11. Right to Refuse or Terminate Stay We reserve the right to refuse a booking or terminate a stay without refund in the event of a breach of these terms or house rules.
12. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
